RazaAnalytics Hosting ("we", "us") provides web hosting, domain registration, and VPS hosting services ("Services") purchased through this website. Some Services are provisioned using third-party infrastructure providers on your behalf; we remain your point of contact for support and billing.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not use the Services for illegal content, malware distribution, spam, or any activity that violates applicable law or our infrastructure providers' acceptable use policies.
Fees are charged at time of purchase via our payment processor. Recurring services renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date from your dashboard.
Domain registrations are subject to the policies of the registry and ICANN. You must provide accurate WHOIS/registrant information. Domain names are non-refundable once registered (see our Refund Policy).
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and third-party infrastructure outages may affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected Service in the preceding 3 months.
We may suspend or terminate Services for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or as required by law. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard.
